Clues in DeRmoscopy: Dermoscopy of keratoacanthoma

A 33-year-old woman presented with a one-month history of a rapidly growing, solitary lesion on her right cheek. Examination revealed a 1-cm erythematous nodule, with a central keratin plug, covered with crusts and blood spots, highly suspicious of a keratoacanthoma (KA).
