An organic neuromorphic architecture for the classification of human motor behavior is presented and validated. It performs somatic integration by linearly combining the activity from three muscles. NeuroVisio SyncPatch integrates skin‐conformal electromyography (EMG) electrodes with camera‐tracked markers to jointly assess muscle activity and three‐dimensional knee kinematics during rehabilitation. Parallel feedback pathways provide real‐time kinematic guidance during movement and post‐trial neuromuscular feedback.

Topically Delivered Treg‐Attracting Microparticle‐Hydrogel Composites Recruit Regulatory T Cells and Limit Cardiac Injury After Severe Ischemia

CCL22‐releasing PLGA microparticles (MP) suspended in topically applied hydrogels (HEART) establish a sustained chemokine gradient at the injured myocardium. HEART recruits CCR4+ regulatory T cells, reduces infarct size and graft fibrosis, and improves cardiac function.
