Nihon Rinsho Geka Gakkai Zasshi (Journal of Japan Surgical Association), 2010 新臨床研修制度の影響を強く受けて，外科の門をくぐる若手医師の数は減少してきており，外科医療の崩壊も一部に危惧されている．これに至った問題点を明確にして，どのような解決法があるのかを検討することを本学会総会の一つの目的としているが，こうした状況においては若手外科医の教育，人材育成がさらに重要である．そうした意味合いから本メインテーマを表記のようにしている．臨床外科医に求められていることはまさしく「高度な手術技能と知識を備えていること」であり，また同時に「豊かな人間性を備えていていること」が，その付託に応えられる必要条件となる．このような外科医をどう育成していくのかがまた，指導者たちには求められている．大阪医科大学外科学教室は一般・消化器外科学教室となった昭和51年より35年の歴史を持つが ...

Using protein levels in blood samples from breast cancer patients before and after 12 weeks of taxane treatment, we detected treatment‐dependent changes in calcium signaling and aging pathways associated with cancer recurrence.
