This study investigates the expression of Syndecan‐1 in the endometrium of adenomyosis patients, comparing ectopic and eutopic tissues to a control group. Our findings suggest a significant reduction of SDC1 expression in adenomyotic endometria, which may play a role in the pathogenesis of the disease.
