Veni Vidi Vici, A Three-Phase Scenario For Parameter Space Analysis in Image Analysis and Visualization [PDF]
Automatic analysis of the enormous sets of images is a critical task in life sciences. This faces many challenges such as: algorithms are highly parameterized, significant human input is intertwined, and lacking a standard meta-visualization approach ...

We developed and validated a DNA methylation–based biomarker panel to distinguish pleural mesothelioma from other pleural conditions. Using the IMPRESS technology, we translated this panel into a clinically applicable assay. The resulting two classifier models demonstrated excellent performance, achieving high AUC values and strong diagnostic accuracy.

Next‐generation proteomics improves lung cancer risk prediction
This is one of very few studies that used prediagnostic blood samples from participants of two large population‐based cohorts. We identified, evaluated, and validated an innovative protein marker model that outperformed an established risk prediction model and criteria employed by low‐dose computed tomography in lung cancer screening trials.

The Well-posedness of the Null-Timelike Boundary Problem for Quasilinear Waves
The null-timelike initial-boundary value problem for a hyperbolic system of equations consists of the evolution of data given on an initial characteristic surface and on a timelike worldtube to produce a solution in the exterior of the worldtube.

DEVELOPMENT OF THE NEW ALGORITHM FOR MANGROVE CLASSIFICATION
The objective of the study is to develop the algorithm for mangrove classification and density. Regression and correlation analysis was used to perform the equation. CE1 = (0.663*Band 3) + (0.l55 *Band 4) - (l.4*Band 5) + 0.995 And CE2 = 36 * Band 4 + 6*Band 5 + Band 3 were two formula that have been used to classify the mangrove.
