Genetics‐Based Targeting Strategies for Precise Neuromodulation

In this Review, the fundamental principles and implementation protocols of genetics‐based precision neuromodulation are first introduced. Then, wireless and low‐invasive strategies based on nano‐transducing materials are highlighted, along with a dissection and analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of representative studies.

Isoquercitrin Alleviates Diabetic Nephropathy by Inhibiting STAT3 Phosphorylation and Dimerization

This study identified a natural compound, isoquercitrin, which significantly alleviated kidney inflammation and fibrosis by inhibiting STAT3 activity. In Vivo Reprogramming of Tissue‐Derived Extracellular Vesicles for Treating Chronic Tissue Injury Through Metabolic Engineering

Inspired by exercise‐induced metabolic rewiring and EV secretion, this study shows that in vivo metabolic engineering strategy can reprogram EV secretion pattern and simultaneously attenuate multiple tissue injury in CKD status, highlighting that it is a potential strategy for treating diverse chronic diseases.
