Predicting Pregnancy in Preconception Weight Loss Trials: Is it Possible?

Pre‐conception clinical trials have difficulty identifying participants who are likely to become pregnant in the study timeframe. In this study, ratings of pregnancy likelihood were the best predictor of conception assessed; however, sensitivity and specificity of the question were low.
