PD‐L1‐Targeting Biomimetic Photoresponsive Thermosensitive Liposomes for Triple‐Negative Breast Cancer

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Tan et al. developed a platelet membrane‐coated, thermoresponsive liposome for targeted, light‐controlled delivery of fluorinated peptides that promotes programmed death‐ligand 1 degradation, induces tumor immunogenic cell death, suppresses solid tumors and metastases, and triggers durable immune memory, offering a promising strategy for peptide‐based ...

A Genetically Encoded Biosensor for Characterizing Transport and Metabolism of Glutarate

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Here, a genetically encoded glutarate biosensor, Glusor, is developed based on transcriptional regulator CsiR. Glusor can quantify glutarate concentrations with good accuracy and precision. Then, the role of KgtP and YnfM are identified and characterized by using Glusor. Glusor also allows glutarate spatiotemporal resolution in live cells, facilitating

Loss of Hepatic Angiotensinogen Attenuates Diastolic Dysfunction in Heart Failure with Preserved Ejection Fraction

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Increased hepatic angiotensinogen (AGT) abundance leads to cardiac diastolic dysfunction via the AngII‐independent pathway. Liver‐derived AGT is internalized by LRP2 in cardiac endothelial cells, subsequently contributing to myocardial diastolic dysfunction by suppressing microvascular angiogenesis via inhibiting the GATA2/Pim3 pathway.
