Type 1 diabetes‐specific distress among adults with type 1 diabetes in Japan

This study investigated the prevalence and characteristics of diabetes distress (DD) in 117 Japanese adults with type 1 diabetes using the Type 1 Diabetes Distress Scale (T1‐DDS), PAID, and HFS. Moderate and high DD were observed in 30.8% and 16.2% of participants, respectively.
