ABSTRACT This paper introduces a novel ensemble Deep learning (DL)‐based Multi‐Label Retinal Disease Classification (MLRDC) system, known for its high accuracy and efficiency. Utilising a stacking ensemble approach, and integrating DenseNet201, EfficientNetB4, EfficientNetB3 and EfficientNetV2S models, exceptional performance in retinal disease ...

Diverse Models, United Goal: A Comprehensive Survey of Ensemble Learning
ABSTRACT Ensemble learning, a pivotal branch of machine learning, amalgamates multiple base models to enhance the overarching performance of predictive models, capitalising on the diversity and collective wisdom of the ensemble to surpass individual models and mitigate overfitting.

ABSTRACT Objective Foetal growth restriction (FGR) affects 10% of pregnancies, contributing to 30% of stillbirths. Current management of early‐onset FGR (< 32 + 0 weeks' gestation) delivers the foetus before stillbirth or irreversible organ damage. The resulting preterm births create additional risks independent of FGR.

Microglia engage with apoptotic cells via cell‐surface receptors, such as proto‐oncogene tyrosine‐protein kinase MER (MerTK) and Axl; these receptors interact with the bridging molecule growth arrest‐specific 6 (Gas6) on apoptotic cells. Young microglia demonstrate efficient efferocytosis of apoptotic cells, but this process is impaired in aged ...
