Refractive Index‐Corrected Light‐Sheet Microscopy for Macro‐View Cardiovascular Imaging

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A refractive index‐corrected light‐sheet fluorescence microscopy system enables macro‐view cardiovascular imaging across organs, adapting to refractive index variations from different optical clearing protocols. By integrating axial sweeping, multi‐view imaging, and a sealed chamber, it extends the field of view, enhances isotropy, and improves safety.

A Deep Learning Ensemble Approach for Diabetic Retinopathy Detection

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2019
Diabetic Retinopathy (DR) is an ophthalmic disease that damages retinal blood vessels. DR causes impaired vision and may even lead to blindness if it is not diagnosed in early stages.

Magnetically Controllable and Degradable Milliscale Swimmers as Intraocular Drug Implants

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Magnetically controllable degradable milliscale swimmers (MDMS) offer a promising alternative to commercial intraocular drug implants, reducing complications like implant dislocation and uncontrolled drug release. MDMS achieve high velocities in ocular environments, enable real‐time imaging, and deliver drugs effectively without disrupting retinal ...

The Intra-Ocular Pressure of Type 2 Diabetic Patients Comparison in Diabetic Retinopathy Grades

open access: yesIranian Journal of Diabetes and Obesity, 2016
Objective: Retinopathy is a microvascular complication of diabetes in the retina. It is hypothesized the aqueous flow decrease in patients with retinopathy which effects the Intra-ocular pressure (IOP). The purpose of this study is to determine whether a

Diabetic retinopathy.

open access: yesNutricion hospitalaria, 2013
This paper describes the importance of diabetic retinopathy in the loss of visual function. We exposed the most important risk factors, such as diabetes duration, poor metabolic control, pregnancy, puberty, hypertension, poor control of blood lipids, renal disease, and sleep apnea syndrome.

Enhanced Multitask Learning with Attention Sparse Routing Mechanism for Intelligent Diabetes Prediction

open access: yesAdvanced Intelligent Systems, EarlyView.
The model leverages patient time‐space information for pattern feature representations. Encoders extract first and second‐order features, aggregated with categorical embeddings and dense features. Task‐specific and shared experts use gated networks, with a dispatch layer routing information for diabetes risk evaluation and blood glucose prediction ...
