Tumors contain diverse cellular states whose behavior is shaped by context‐dependent gene coordination. By comparing gene–gene relationships across biological contexts, we identify adaptive transcriptional modules that reorganize into distinct vulnerability axes.

Reliability and Diagnosability Analysis of Hyper Bijective Connection Networks
Bijective connection (BC) networks, including a family of interconnection networks of multiprocessor systems, have been studied extensively due to its desirable properties, such as lower diameter, high reliability, and diagnosability.

Pre‐analytical handling critically determines liquid biopsy performance. This study defines practical best‐practice conditions for cell‐free DNA (cfDNA) and extracellular vesicle–derived DNA (evDNA), showing how processing time, storage conditions, tube type, and plasma input volume affect DNA integrity and mutation detection.

The Strong Local Diagnosability of a Hypercube Network with Missing Edges
In the research on the reliability of a connection network, diagnosability is an important problem that should be considered. In this article, a new concept regarding diagnosability, called strong local diagnosability (SLD), which describes the local ...

The
The connectivity and diagnosability of a system or a network are two important measures. In 1996, Fàbrega and Fiol proposed the $h$ -extra connectivity of the network $G=(V,E)$ , which is necessary for $(h,m)$ -diagnosability of networks.

Loss of the miR‐214/199a cluster is associated with recurrence in ovarian cancer. Engineered small extracellular vesicles (m214‐sEVs) elevate miR‐214‐3p/miR‐199a‐5p in tumor cells, suppress β‐catenin, TLR4, and YKT6 signaling, reprogram tumor‐derived sEV cargo, reduce chemoresistance and migration, and enhance carboplatin efficacy and survival in ...

Extra Connectivity and Extra Diagnosability of Enhanced Folded Hypercube-like Networks
In the design of multiprocessor systems, evaluating the reliability of interconnection networks is a critical aspect that significantly impacts system performance and functionality.

Interrogating the immune landscape of microsatellite stable RAS‐mutated colon cancer
COLOSSUS project RAS‐mutated MSS colon cancer study explored transcriptomics and immune cell density by immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunoscore (IS), ISIC/TuLIS scores, mutation counts, and detected different prevalences but similar microenvironment composition across immune markers with clinical relevance for future immunotherapy combination ...

Cytarabine is a key therapy for acute myeloid leukaemia (AML), but its efficacy is limited by the dNTPase SAMHD1, which hydrolyses its active metabolite. Screening nucleotide biosynthesis inhibitors revealed that IMPDH inhibitors selectively sensitise SAMHD1‐proficient AML cells to cytarabine.

Keratin 19 (KRT19) is overexpressed in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer with high levels of Kallikrein‐related peptidases (KLK) 4–7 and is associated with poor survival. In vivo analyses demonstrate that elevated KRT19 increases peritoneal tumour burden.
