A Huaxian Formula Nanoformulation Confers Protection Against Acute Radiation‐Induced Lung Injury by Targeting Ferroptosis

An inhalable, nanoengineered herbal therapy achieves protection against acute radiation‐induced lung injury via self‐assembled nanomicelle‐mediated pulmonary targeting and a previously unrecognized dual mechanism that attenuates oxidative stress while inhibiting ferroptosis in alveolar epithelial cells.

Niche‐Mediated Neural Priming Enables Robust and Scalable Generation of Human Choroid Plexus Organoids

Compared to E8, mTeSR1 culture downregulated WNT and TGF‑β signaling, and upregulated neural differentiation pathways, enhancing neural priming. Under skin organoid induction conditions, mTeSR1‑cultured hESCs generated organoids with significantly higher neuroepithelial differentiation.

NSUN2‐Mediated m5C Modification of TGFB1 in Trophoblasts Remodels Macrophage Function to Prevent URSA

NSUN2 and m5C decline in URSA villous tissues. Trophoblast Nsun2 ablation disrupts macrophage‐mediated maternal‐fetal tolerance and triggers embryo resorption.
