Generation of genuine all-way entanglement in defect-nuclear spin systems through dynamical decoupling sequences [PDF]
Multipartite entangled states are an essential resource for sensing, quantum error correction, and cryptography. Color centers in solids are one of the leading platforms for quantum networking due to the availability of a nuclear spin memory that can be ...

Phonon-induced decoherence in color-center qubits
Electron spin states of solid-state defects such as nitrogen- and silicon-vacancy color centers in diamond are a leading quantum-memory candidate for quantum communications and computing.

Hilbert Bundles and Holographic Space–Time Models
We reformulate holographic space–time models in terms of Hilbert bundles over the space of the time-like geodesics in a Lorentzian manifold. This reformulation resolves the issue of the action of non-compact isometry groups on finite-dimensional Hilbert ...

Significant nanoscale oxygen diffusion coefficient variations are measured in ferroelectric hafnium zirconium oxide films with grain boundaries and electrode interfaces exhibiting values 104 times larger than the grain cores. Overall coefficients are 10X larger for films prepared with metal nitride electrodes compared to refractory metals. New insights

We use scanning nitrogen vacancy magnetometry to directly image the weak in‐plane magnetic moments in mixed phase BiFeO3 at the nanoscale and quantify the local magnetic moments to be 18.8±2.0 μB/nm2 in the rhombohedral‐like phase and 1.5±0.6 μB/nm2 in the well‐known non‐magnetic tetragonal‐like phase.

The behaviour of resin-bond diamond wheels in the grinding of advanced ceramics
Results are reported of the behaviour of the plane tangential grinding process using diamond grinding wheels. Grinding performance is analysed in terms of the wear behaviour of the wheel in the grinding of ceramic.

Low-loss broadband antenna for efficient photon collection from a coherent spin in diamond [PDF]
We report the creation of a low-loss broadband optical antenna giving highly directed output from a coherent single spin in the solid state. The device, a crystalline solid-state realization of a dielectric antenna, is engineered for individual nitrogen ...
