Caracterização molecular através da técnica fAFLP de isolados de Diaporthe citri [PDF]

open access: yesSumma Phytopathologica, 2006
A citricultura é um mercado em expansão, principalmente no Estado de São Paulo, cuja importância na balança comercial já é reconhecida. Como em qualquer espécie cultivada, o crescimento das áreas de cultivo favorecem também o crescimento de problemas fitossanitários.

Observations of growth stages of Diaporthe citri on epidermal strips of onion bulb.

open access: yesJapanese Journal of Phytopathology, 1979
The whole cycle of fungal growth of Diaporthe citri, i.e., pycnospore germination, appressorial formation, hyphal penetration, penetrated mycelia, pycnidium formation and pycnospore formation was observed on alcohol-treated epidermal strips of onion bulb which might be free from some inhibitors against hyphal penetration.

Construction and pathogenicity analysis of green fluorescent protein (GFP)-tagged strains of Diaporthe citri(柑橘间座壳菌绿色荧光蛋白标记菌株的构建及致病性分析)

open access: yes浙江大学学报. 农业与生命科学版
Diaporthe citri, an important pathogen of citrus, poses a threat to citrus growth and fruit storage. In this study, a genetic transformation system for Diaporthe citri was developed using polyethylene glycol (PEG)-mediated transformation.

Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungus alters the phyllosphere microbial community and modifies plant defences against co‐attack of pea aphid and pathogen

open access: yesFunctional Ecology, Volume 39, Issue 11, Page 3181-3196, November 2025.
Read the free Plain Language Summary for this article on the Journal blog. Abstract Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF), pathogens and insect pests usually colonize or infect the same plant. Besides, AMF changes plant defence enzymes and metabolites under multiple biotic stresses and alters the interrelationship between plant, pathogen and insect ...
