Influence of Diclosulam Postemergence Application Timing on Weed Control and Peanut Tolerance

Weed Technology, 2006
Field studies were conducted at Lewiston–Woodville and Rocky Mount, NC in 2001 and 2002 to evaluate weed control and peanut response to POST treatments of diclosulam at various rates and application timings. Diclosulam controlled common ragweed and entireleaf morningglory when applied within 35 d after planting (DAP).

Natural biochar effect on sorption–desorption and mobility of diclosulam and pendimethalin in soil

Geoderma, 2019
Abstract The amendment of anthropogenic soils with natural biochar (without pyrolysis process) presents several environmental and agronomic benefits. However, there is little information available on the interaction of natural biochar with the herbicides applied directly into the soil.

Remedial capacity of diclosulam by cover plants in different edaphoclimatic conditions.

International journal of phytoremediation, 2021
Pre-emergent herbicides have been developed for their long residual effect; however, they can make sensitive successor cultures unfeasible. Waste remediation techniques are needed for sustainable agricultural systems; for this, the edaphoclimatic asymmetries in the country must be considered.

Weed Management with Diclosulam in Peanut (Arachis hypogaea)1

Weed Technology, 2002
Abstract: Field experiments were conducted at three locations in North Carolina in 1998 and 1999 and one location in Virginia in 1998 to evaluate weed management systems in peanut. Treatments consisted of diclosulam alone preemergence (PRE), or diclosulam plus metolachlor PRE alone or followed by (fb) bentazon plus acifluorfen postemergence (POST ...

Weed Management in Peanut (Arachis hypogaea) with Diclosulam Preemergence

Weed Technology, 1999
Field studies were conducted at five locations in North Carolina and Virginia in 1996 and 1997 to evaluate weed control and peanut (Arachis hypogaea) response to diclosulam that was applied preemergence (PRE) and in systems with commercial standards. All plots received a preplant incorporated (PPI) treatment of ethalfluralin at 840 g ai/ha.

Utility of Reduced Rates of Diclosulam, Flumioxazin, and Imazapic for Weed Management in Peanut

Weed Technology, 2008
Field studies were conducted in 2002 and 2003 to determine the effects of herbicides applied below suggested use rates on weed management, yield, and estimated net return of peanut in both narrow and wide row-spacing regimes. In the single row-spacing regime study, diclosulam at 6 g/ha (1/4×) (1/4 labeled use rate) plus flumioxazin at 26 g/ha (1/4 ...

Response of Peanut (Arachis hypogaea) and Selected Weeds to Diclosulam

Weed Technology, 1999
Field studies were conducted at five locations in North Carolina and Virginia during 1996 and 1997 to evaluate weed control, peanut (Arachis hypogaea) response, and peanut yield following diclosulam applied preplant incorporated (PPI) and in systems with commercial herbicide standards. All plots received a PPI treatment of ethalfluralin at 840 g ai/ha.
