Enhancement of Dielectric Breakdown Strength and Recoverable Energy Density in Three‐Dimensional Heterointerfaces on BaTiO3–PbZrO3–PbTiO3 Films via Room‐Temperature Nano‐Clustering

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
A room‐temperature aerosol deposition process yields multiphase nano‐clustered dielectric capacitors containing discrete BaTiO3, PbZrO3, and PbTiO3 crystals. This architecture creates three‐dimensional heterointerfaces that induce interfacial charge trapping and effectively inhibit breakdown propagation.

Influence of Oxygen on the Multiple-Current-Pulse Behavior in an Atmospheric Homogeneous Helium Dielectric Barrier Discharge With Air Impurities

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2020
In this paper, through a one-dimensional fluid model, we investigate the influence of oxygen on the multiple-current-pulse (MCP) behavior in an atmospheric homogeneous dielectric barrier discharge (HDBD) in helium with air impurities. From the simulation

Controlling the number of discharge current pulses in an atmospheric dielectric barrier discharge by voltage waveform tailoring

open access: yesAIP Advances, 2021
Atmospheric dielectric barrier discharges driven by tailored voltage waveforms are investigated numerically with a one-dimensional fluid model. We use the multi-frequency pulse-type voltage waveform as the control method and the harmonics N as the ...
