Electric control of magnetic tunnel junctions offers a path to drastically reduce the energy requirements of the device. Electric field control of magnetization can be realized in a multitude of ways. These mechanisms can be integrated into existing spintronic devices to further reduce the operational energy.

Comb-shaped circularly polarised dielectric resonator antenna
A new shaped circularly polarised dielectric resonator antenna is proposed. This antenna, compared to some previous investigations, is easier to implement, free from a complicated feed network and offers wider axial ratio bandwidth. About 4% AR bandwidth (< 3 dB) with S 11 < -10 dB and 3.5 dBi peak gain is reported.

Optomechanical deformation and strain in elastic dielectrics
Light forces induced by scattering and absorption in elastic dielectrics lead to local density modulations and deformations. These perturbations in turn modify light propagation in the medium and generate an intricate nonlinear response. We generalise an

High Performance Room Temperature Multiferroic Properties of w‐MnSe Altermagnet
Using first‐principles calculations, for the first time the Altermagneto‐Ferroelectric Coupling Effect (AFCE) is proposed, which enables control of both electric polarization and spin splitting in the band structure due to polyhedral rotations. This uncovers robust multiferroicity in wurtzite MnSe at room temperature, offering an exciting route for ...
