Equilateral triangular dielectric resonator based co‐radiator MIMO antennas with dual‐polarisation [PDF]

open access: bronzeIET Microwaves, Antennas & Propagation, 2018
In this study, two types of dielectric resonator antennas (DRAs) with dual-polarisation are proposed and investigated for multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) applications.

Dielectric Polarisation of Binary Mixture [PDF]

open access: green, 1971
Dielectric polarisation of nitrobenzene has been studied at 30° in three solvents benzene, carbon tetrachloride and cyclohexane. The results obtained have been discussed to understand the merits of the equation proposed by Palit1 and also to study the molecular interaction in the light of Earp and Glasstone theory2.

STUDIES ON THE DIELECTRIC POLARISATION AND THE DIPOLE MOMENTS OF ENANTIOMERS [PDF]

open access: green, 1948
Dielectric poIarisations and dipole momenta of \(d\), \(d\) and \(dl\) forms of camphor borneol and menthol at different concentrations have been determined to addnce support for the Pasteur's principle of molecular dissymmetry and to investigate the nature of linkage in \(dl ...

Reconfigurable dielectric resonator antenna with multiple polarisation states

open access: yesIET Microwaves, Antennas & Propagation, 2018
The realisation of an electronically tuned polarisation reconfigurable dielectric resonator antenna with multiple switchable states is described in this study. The antenna is fed by a microstrip line through a cross‐slot aperture placed in the ground plane to achieve circular polarisation.

The influence of surface charge on the coalescence of ice and dust particles in the mesosphere and lower thermosphere [PDF]

open access: yesAtmospheric Chemistry and Physics, 2021
Agglomeration of charged ice and dust particles in the mesosphere and lower thermosphere is studied using a classical electrostatic approach, which is extended to capture the induced polarisation of surface charge. Collision outcomes are predicted whilst

Time‐domain characterisation of epoxy‐based barium titanate nanocomposites

open access: yesIET Nanodielectrics, 2021
In this article, the dielectric response of epoxy resin and epoxy‐based barium titanate (BaTiO3) nanocomposites is characterised in the time‐domain, based on polarisation and depolarisation current measurements.

Design, synthesis and processing of PVDF-based dielectric polymers

open access: yesIET Nanodielectrics, 2018
Due to the appealing piezoelectric, pyroelectric, and ferroelectric (FE) properties, poly(vinylidene fluoride) (PVDF)-based dielectric polymers have been attracting great attention from both the academic and industrial communities.

On the dragging of light by a rotating medium [PDF]

open access: yes, 2007
When light is passing through a rotating medium the optical polarization is rotated. Recently, it has been reasoned that this rotation applies also to the transmitted image.
