Molecular ferroelectric contributions to anomalous hysteresis in hybrid perovskite solar cells [PDF]

We report a model describing the molecular orientation disorder in CH3NH3PbI3, solving a classical Hamiltonian parametrised with electronic structure calculations, with the nature of the motions informed by ab-initio molecular dynamics.

90° dielectric polariser in circular waveguide

Electronics Letters, 2000
Experimental results for a 90° dielectric polariser in a circular waveguide are presented. A small slot notched into the circular waveguide wall, used for the accurate alignment of the dielectric plate, has led to a decrease in the relative phase shift by 15.7%. A new U-shape impedance matching structure results in a bandwidth of 12.4%.
