Origin of the colossal dielectric properties in double-perovskite Sr2CoNbO6
Sr2CoNbO6 ceramics were prepared via the solid-state reaction route. The dielectric properties of Sr2CoNbO6 ceramics were investigated as a function of temperature (90–330 K) in the frequency range from 20 Hz to 10 MHz.

Magnetic field induced dielectric relaxation in the strain glass state of Pr0.6Ca0.4MnO3
We present the dielectric and magnetodielectric properties of Pr0.6Ca0.4MnO3 polycrystalline sample. Dielectric permittivity ({\epsilon'}) (and d{\epsilon'}/dT) portrays the charge order and other magnetic transitions observed in the magnetization ...

Transitions/relaxations in polyester adhesive/PET system [PDF]
The correlations between the transitions and the dielectric relaxation processes of the oriented poly(ethylene terephthalate) (PET) pre-impregnated of the polyester thermoplastic adhesive have been investigated by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC ...

Influence of Ion Generation–Recombination on Dielectric Relaxation Time in Electrolytes
The well-known Poisson–Nernst–Planck model is a classical approach usedto describe ion transport in liquids. Extended versions of this model account for thegeneration–recombination of ions at equilibrium. In this paper, we investigate the influenceof the

Dielectric relaxation and predominance of NSPT and OLPT conduction processes in Ba0.9Sr0.1TiO3
We investigate the relaxation and conduction mechanism of Ba0.90Sr0.10TiO3 (BST) ceramic, synthesized by the solid state reaction method. The dielectric and relaxation properties are analyzed in the temperature range of 380-450{\deg}C with alternative ...

Oxygen-vacancy-related relaxation and conduction behavior in (Pb1-xBax)(Zr0.95Ti0.05)O3 ceramics
(Pb1-xBax)(Zr0.95Ti0.05)O3 (x = 0, 0.025, 0.05, 0.075 and 0.1) ceramics were prepared via a solid-state reaction route. Low-frequency (20 ∼ 2 × 107 Hz) dielectric properties were investigated in the temperature region of 25-650 °C.

Low temperature dielectric relaxation and charged defects in ferroelectric thin films
We report a dielectric relaxation in BaTiO3-based ferroelectric thin films of different composition and with several growth modes: sputtering (with and without magnetron) and sol-gel.

Nonlinear Model of non-Debye Relaxation [PDF]
We present a simple nonlinear relaxation equation which contains the Debye equation as a particular case. The suggested relaxation equation results in power-law decay of fluctuations.
