Dielectric Spectroscopy of Non-Stoichiometric SrMnO3 Thin Films
The dielectric properties of non-stoichiometric SrMnO3 (SMO) thin films grown by molecular beam epitaxy were systematically investigated. Especially, the effects of cation stoichiometry-induced diverse types and densities of defects on the dielectric ...

This study presents a reversible temperature sensor with high switching ratio, ∼103. The device is fabricated using PET‐ITO and carbon nanotube dispersions in alkane. Considering its application in cold chain logistics, a proof‐of‐concept with LED is showcased. Thus, a temperature drop below the threshold temperature (crystallization temperature of the

The wettability of aluminum droplets (Al) on different copper substrates (Cu), where liquid Al spreads on solid Cu surfaces to form a liquid–solid interface, is studied numerically and experimentally. The experimental and numerical results show good agreement in the fast‐spreading regime.

Analysis of the Dielectric Relaxation of a Gelatin Solution
The behavior of the dielectric properties of gelatin in the frequency range from 10(3) Hz to 10(7) Hz was investigated and compared with that of the globule protein, bovine serum albumin (BSA), desalted gelatin and BSA being used. Dielectric relaxation was observed for both the gelatin and BSA solutions. The relaxation data were fitted well by the Cole-

Karl Popper and the Mechanisms of Hydrogen Embrittlement
Representation of the beginning of loss of ductility rather than embrittlement. Small concentrations of hydrogen in a diffusible form within iron are well‐established to harm the mechanical integrity of steels. There are theories that attempt to explain the pernicious role of hydrogen.

STUDY OF THE MULTIPLICITY OF DIELECTRIC RELAXATION TIMES IN ICE AT LOW TEMPERATURES.
En utilisant les possibilités expérimentales de la méthode des thermocourants de dépolarisation (T.C.D.), on a montré que le pic de T.C.D. à basse température de la glace polycristalline, dû à la relaxation diélectrique dipolaire de la glace dans ce ...
