Direct Evidence of Topological Dirac Fermions in a Low Carrier Density Correlated 5d Oxide
The 5d oxide BiRe2O6 is discovered as a low‐carrier‐density topological semimetal hosting symmetry‐protected Dirac fermions stabilized by nonsymmorphic symmetries. Angle‐resolved photoemission spectroscopy, quantum oscillations, and magnetotransport measurements reveal gapless Dirac cones, quasi‐2D Fermi surfaces, high carrier mobility, and a field ...

Nonlinear Model of non-Debye Relaxation [PDF]
We present a simple nonlinear relaxation equation which contains the Debye equation as a particular case. The suggested relaxation equation results in power-law decay of fluctuations.

Backbone Heterojunction Photocatalysts for Efficient Sacrificial Hydrogen Production
Herein, a ‘single‐component’ organic semiconductor photocatalyst is presented in which a molecular donor is bonded to a polymer acceptor. The resultant material demonstrates exceptional photocatalytic activity for hydrogen evolution in aqueous triethylamine with an outstanding external quantum efficiency of 38% at 420 nm.

Magnetic field induced dielectric relaxation in the strain glass state of Pr0.6Ca0.4MnO3
We present the dielectric and magnetodielectric properties of Pr0.6Ca0.4MnO3 polycrystalline sample. Dielectric permittivity ({\epsilon'}) (and d{\epsilon'}/dT) portrays the charge order and other magnetic transitions observed in the magnetization ...

A scalable one‐step copolymerization strategy is developed to produce low‐cost microporous ion exchange membranes that boost both the efficiency and lifespan of flow batteries. When combined with organic electrolytes in aqueous systems, these membranes enable safe and cheap flow battery energy storage, supporting the widespread integration of renewable

Modelling dielectric relaxation with neural networks
We describe a software model for media with dielectric relaxation. In particular, a model identification is used to measure the phenomenological coefficients which occur in a mathematical description of dielectric relaxation phenomena in electromagnetic ...

Surface participation and dielectric loss in superconducting qubits
We study the energy relaxation times ($T_1$) of superconducting transmon qubits in 3D cavities as a function of dielectric participation ratios of material surfaces.

A frequency‐tunable ferroelectric synaptic transistor based on a buried‐gate InGaZnO channel and Al2O3/HfO2 dielectric stack exhibits linear and reversible weight updates using single‐polarity pulses. By switching between ferroelectric and trap‐assisted modes depending on input frequency, the device simplifies neuromorphic circuit design and achieves ...

Structure and electrical characterization of ZnO-Ag phosphate glasses
Silver zinc phosphate glasses with a composition (40 − x/2) P2O5 – (40 − x/2) Na2O–20ZnO–x AgNO3 (x = 5, 10 and 15 mol%) were prepared of the glasses via conventional melt-quenching technique.
