Dielectric spectroscopy of CuInSe2 single crystals
The results of high-frequency dielectric measurements with obtained α-CuInSe2 single crystals provided an opportunity to determine the mechanisms of dielectric losses and charge transport, and also to evaluate the density of states at the Fermi level ...

Debye relaxation and 250 K anomaly in glass forming monohydroxy alcohols
A previous dielectric, near-infrared (NIR), and nuclear magnetic resonance study on the hydrogen-bonded liquid 2-ethyl-1-hexanol [C. Gainaru et al., Phys. Rev. Lett. 107, 118304 (2011)] revealed anomalous behavior in various static quantities near 250 K.

Disordered (Fe50Co50)1−xPtx thin films exhibit a pronounced anomalous Nernst effect (ANE) with a strong composition dependence on both rigid and flexible substrates. The transverse thermoelectric response peaks near 22.5 at.% Pt, accompanied by enhanced αxy/σxy scaling, thermal transport, and ANE sensitivity.

Spin-lattice coupling mediated giant magnetodielectricity across the spin reorientation in Ca2FeCoO5
The structural, phonon, magnetic, dielectric, and magneto dielectric responses of the pure bulk Brownmillerite compound Ca2FeCoO5 are reported. This compound showed giant magneto dielectric response (10%-24%) induced by strong spin-lattice coupling ...
