Renewable diesel fuel and FT-fuel as alternative to diesel fuel

Increase of Performance and Smoke Emission by Increasing ERG Rate in IDI Diesel Engine Using Jatropha Oil and Diesel Fuel Blends [PDF]
Recently, a study of biodiesel fuel use as a substitute of diesel fuel becomes an interesting topic due to critical fossil fuel availability. The use of biodiesel fuel directly into diesel engine without the change of fuel injector parameter causes the ...

Oxidative fast pyrolysis of biomass enables autothermal production of value‐added products. ABSTRACT Oxidative fast pyrolysis can potentially overcome the heat‐supply bottleneck of conventional fast pyrolysis by enabling autothermal operation while also tailoring product quality through controlled oxygen addition.

Potential Analysis of On‐Site Oxygen and Ozone Production for Wastewater Treatment Plants
The potential of a power‐to‐gas process focusing on the oxygen stream to cover an upcoming demand of ozone at German wastewater treatment plants is analyzed. Economic and ecological parameters are compared to the conventional production of hydrogen and oxygen. Powered by on‐site produced wind energy, the process is deemed beneficial.

Influence of diesel surrogates on the behavior of simplified spray models [PDF]
Numerous experimental investigations make use of diesel surrogates to make the computational time reasonable. In the few studies where measured (surrogate and real diesel) and computed (surrogate only) results have been compared, the selection ...
