We examined diet of introduced Bullfrogs (Rana catesbeiana) and three native frog species (Rana limnocharis, Rana nigromaculata, and Bufo bufo gargarizans) co-occurring at a group of ponds on Daishan Island, east of China, to gain insight into the nature of potential interactions between Bullfrogs and native frog species. For postmetamorphic Bullfrogs,

Diel changes in resource use and diet overlap in temperate stream fishes
Ecological Research, 2011Abstract Interspecific variation in diel‐scale temporal niches is common in natural communities. Such variation changes population dynamics via effects on the growth and reproduction of individuals. Also at the community level, theory predicts that animals can reduce competition for shared resources by changing diel activity in ...

Diet overlap among top predators at the South Orkney Islands, Antarctica
Polar Biology, 2018In order to understand interspecific trophic relationships between top predators, we analyzed diet information for nine bird and two seal species collected in the austral summer from 1996 to 2000 at South Orkney Islands. Overall, the diet of most of the predators was mainly composed of krill and fish.

Mammalia
Abstract Marmosa rapposa and Thylamys sponsorius were captured in syntopy in the locality of Isla de Cañas Salta province, Argentina. We studied the stomach contents of 7 M. rapposa and 10 T. sponsorius and identified arthropods and plant material as the main items. Niche overlap was studied using the Pianka index.

The Diets, Preferences, and Overlap of the Primate Community in the Budongo Forest Reserve, Uganda
2007The forest management in Budongo over the past 60 years has reduced the dominance of C. alexandri and encouraged a more diverse and mixed forest. This has led to a greater density of trees bearing fleshy fruits, particularly C. durandii, which forms an important component of the diet for all the primates.
