On a class of differential-algebraic equations with infinite delay
We study the set of $T$-periodic solutions of a class of $T$-periodically perturbed Differential-Algebraic Equations, allowing the perturbation to contain a distributed and possibly infinite delay.

Local low-rank approach to nonlinear matrix completion
This paper deals with a problem of matrix completion in which each column vector of the matrix belongs to a low-dimensional differentiable manifold (LDDM), with the target matrix being high or full rank.

Assessment of Complex System Dynamics via Harmonic Mapping in a Multifractal Paradigm
In the present paper, nonlinear behaviors of complex system dynamics from a multifractal perspective of motion are analyzed. In the framework of scale relativity theory, by analyzing the dynamics of complex system entities based on continuous but non ...

Tumors contain diverse cellular states whose behavior is shaped by context‐dependent gene coordination. By comparing gene–gene relationships across biological contexts, we identify adaptive transcriptional modules that reorganize into distinct vulnerability axes.

Glioma cells mainly express the endothelin receptor EDNRB, while EDNRA is restricted to a perivascular tumor subpopulation. Endothelin signaling reduces glioma cell proliferation while promoting migration and a proneural‐to‐mesenchymal transition associated with poor prognosis. This pathway activates Ca2+, K+, ERK, and STAT3 signalings and is regulated

The space Π of centered m-planes is considered in projective space P n . A principal bundle is associated with the space Π and a group connection is given on the principal bundle. The connection is not uniquely induced at the

Intratumour heterogeneity complicates precision management of advanced endometrial cancer. Circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) offers a minimally invasive strategy to capture tumor evolution and therapeutic resistance. Here, we compare tumor‐agnostic NGS with tumor‐informed ddPCR, outlining their relative sensitivity, concordance, and clinical implications ...

Differentiability in Fréchet spaces and delay differential equations
In infinite-dimensional spaces there are non-equivalent notions of continuous differentiability which can be used to derive the familiar results of calculus up to the Implicit Function Theorem and beyond.

This study shows that lung adenocarcinomas exploit developmental branching morphogenesis to acquire a therapy resistant basal‐like tumour cell state. This process was found to be regulated by combined TP53 loss‐of‐function and type‐I interferon signalling, identifying a novel axis for biomarker and therapeutic target discovery.

Tumor B‐cell infiltration in platinum‐treated advanced muscle‐invasive urothelial carcinoma
Bladder tumors with higher pretreatment memory B‐cell infiltration were linked to longer survival after cisplatin chemotherapy, but not carboplatin. These tumors also showed more organized immune structures (tertiary lymphoid structures) and a shared pro‐inflammatory B‐cell‐rich community, suggesting that memory B cells may help identify patients most ...
