Lie-algebraic discretization of differential equations
A certain representation for the Heisenberg algebra in finite-difference operators is established. The Lie-algebraic procedure of discretization of differential equations with isospectral property is proposed. Using $sl_2$-algebra based approach, (quasi)-

A numerical model resulting from irreversible thermodynamics for describing transport processes is introduced, focusing on thermodynamic activity gradients as the actual driving force for diffusion. Implemented in CUDA C++ and using CalPhaD methods for determining the necessary activity data, the model accurately simulates interdiffusion in aluminum ...

Extensions of differential representations of SL(2) and tori
Linear differential algebraic groups (LDAGs) measure differential algebraic dependencies among solutions of linear differential and difference equations with parameters, for which LDAGs are Galois groups.

Anomalous Spin‐Optical Helical Effect in Ti‐Based Kagome Metal
The kagome lattice hosts diverse correlated quantum states, including elusive loop currents. We report spin‐handedness selective signals in CsTi3Bi5, termed the anomalous spin‐optical helical effect, surpassing conventional spin responses. Arising from light helicity coupled to spin‐orbital correlations, this effect provides a sensitive, indirect probe

Nonlinear elliptic problems with the method of finite volumes
We present a finite volume discretization of the nonlinear elliptic problems. The discretization results in a nonlinear algebraic system of equations.

Electric‐Current‐Assisted Nucleation of Zero‐Field Hopfion Rings
This work reports a novel and efficient nucleation protocol for 3D localized topological magnetic solitons‐hopfion rings in chiral magnets using pulsed electric currents. By using Lorentz transmission electron microscopy and topological analysis, we report characteristic features and extraordinary stability of hopfion rings in zero or inverted external

Semigroups Associated with Differential-Algebraic Equations [PDF]
We consider differential-algebraic equations in infinite dimensional state spaces and study, under which conditions we can associate a $C_{0}$-semigroup with such equations. We determine the right space of initial values and characterise the existence of a $C_{0}$-semigroup in the case of operator pencils with polynomially bounded resolvents.
