The PI3Kδ inhibitor roginolisib (IOA‐244) preserves T‐cell function and activity
Identification of novel PI3K inhibitors with limited immune‐related adverse effects is highly sought after. We found that roginolisib and idelalisib inhibit chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) cells and Treg suppressive functions to similar extents, but roginolisib affects cytotoxic T‐cell function and promotion of pro‐inflammatory T helper subsets to a

On the solvability of a fourth order operator differential equations
We establish sufficient conditions for the solvability of a fourth order operator differential equation. These conditions are expressed in terms of operator coefficients.

Quantum calculus (the calculus without limit) appeared for the first time in fluid mechanics, noncommutative geometry and combinatorics studies. Recently, it has been included into the field of geometric function theory to extend differential operators ...

DEGENERATE FIRST ORDER DIFFERENTIAL-OPERATOR EQUATIONS
We consider boundary value problem for degenerate first order differentialoperator equation $Lu \mathclose{\equiv} t^{\alpha} u^{\prime} \mathclose{-} P u \mathclose{=} f $, $ u(0) \mathclose{-} \mu u(b) \mathclose{=} 0 $, where $ t \mathclose{\in} (0,b) $, $ a \mathclose{\geq} 0 $, $ P: H \mathclose{\rightarrow} H $ is linear operator in separable ...

Tumour–host interactions in Drosophila: mechanisms in the tumour micro‐ and macroenvironment
This review examines how tumour–host crosstalk takes place at multiple levels of biological organisation, from local cell competition and immune crosstalk to organism‐wide metabolic and physiological collapse. Here, we integrate findings from Drosophila melanogaster studies that reveal conserved mechanisms through which tumours hijack host systems to ...

Positive Solutions of Fractional Differential Equation with -Laplacian Operator
The basic assumption of ecological economics is that resource allocation exists social optimal solution, and the social optimal solution and the optimal solution of enterprises can be complementary.

In this note, we set up existence, uniqueness as well as the stability of a special class of fractional differential equation (FDE) with Hilfer-Katugampola fractional differential operator (HKFDO). The outcomes are given by employing the Schaefer's fixed

Langevin equation in terms of conformable differential operators
Abstract In this paper, we establish sufficient criteria for the existence of solutions for a new kind of nonlinear Langevin equation involving conformable differential operators of different orders and equipped with integral boundary conditions.

Meta‐transcriptome analysis identified FGF19 as a peptide enteroendocrine hormone associated with colorectal cancer prognosis. In vivo xenograft models showed release of FGF19 into the blood at levels that correlated with tumor volumes. Tumoral‐FGF19 altered murine liver metabolism through FGFR4, thereby reducing bile acid synthesis and increasing ...

Targeted modulation of IGFL2‐AS1 reveals its translational potential in cervical adenocarcinoma
Cervical adenocarcinoma patients face worse outcomes than squamous cell carcinoma counterparts despite similar treatment. The identification of IGFL2‐AS1's differential expression provides a molecular basis for distinguishing these histotypes, paving the way for personalized therapies and improved survival in vulnerable populations globally.
