Functional differential equations with infinite delay in Banach spaces

open access: yesInternational Journal of Mathematics and Mathematical Sciences, 1991
In this paper, a definition of the fundamental operator for the linear autonomous functional differential equation with infinite delay in a Banach space is given, and some sufficient and necessary conditions of the fundamental operator being ...

On differential operators and differential equations on torus

open access: yesVestnik Samarskogo Gosudarstvennogo Tehničeskogo Universiteta. Seriâ: Fiziko-Matematičeskie Nauki, 2018
Summary: In this paper, we consider periodic boundary value problems for a differential equation whose coefficients are trigonometric polynomials. The spaces of generalized functions are constructed, in which the problems considered have solutions, in particular, the solvability space of a periodic analogue of the Mizohata equation is constructed.

The Aging Blood: Cellular Origins, Circulating Drivers, and Therapeutic Potential

open access: yesAging and Cancer, EarlyView.
As a conduit linking all organs, the blood system both reflects and actively drives systemic aging. This review highlights how circulating pro‐aging and antiaging factors and age‐associated hematopoietic stem cell dysfunction contribute to immunosenescence and multi‐organ decline, positioning the hematopoietic system as a target for aging intervention.

Computable error bounds with improved applicability conditions for collocation methods

open access: yesInternational Journal of Mathematics and Mathematical Sciences, 1998
This paper is concerned with error bounds for numerical solution of linear ordinary differential equation using collocation method. It is shown that if the differential operator is split in different operator forms then the applicability conditions for ...

ALS With and Without Upper Motor Neuron Signs: A Comparative Study Supporting the Gold Coast Criteria

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Objective The Gold Coast criteria permit diagnosis of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) even without upper motor neuron (UMN) signs. However, whether ALS patients with UMN signs (ALSwUMN) and those without (ALSwoUMN) share similar characteristics and prognoses remains unclear.

Bounded and multiperiodic solutions of the system of partial integro-differential equations

open access: yesҚарағанды университетінің хабаршысы. Математика сериясы, 2019
The system of partial integro - differential equations with an operator of differentiation with respect to directions of vector field is considered. The considering integro - differential equation does not contain space variables.

Predicting Loss of Ambulation in Limb Girdle Muscular Dystrophy R9

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Background Limb girdle muscular dystrophy type R9 (LGMDR9) results from biallelic variants in FKRP. There is limited data to predict loss of ambulation (LOA) among those with LGMDR9. Methods Participants in an ongoing dystroglycanopathy natural history study (NCT00313677) with FKRP variants who had achieved ambulation and were more than 3 ...

Pseudo-differential operators, equations and boundary value problems [PDF]

open access: yesAIP Conference Proceedings, 2018
We consider pseudo-differential operators in a bounded domain of Euclidean m-dimensional space. A boundary of the domain is a smooth surface excluding some points or smooth sub-surfaces which are singular points of the ...

Real‐World Performance of CSF Kappa Free Light Chains in the 2024 McDonald Criteria

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Objective Kappa free light chains (KFLCs) in the cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) have a similar performance to CSF‐restricted oligoclonal bands (OCB) for multiple sclerosis (MS) diagnosis. To help with implementation, we set out to resolve several remaining uncertainties: (1) performance in a real‐world cohort and the 2024 McDonald criteria; (2 ...

Development of a Prediction Model for Progression Risk in High‐Grade Gliomas Based on Habitat Radiomics and Pathomics

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Objective To investigate the value of constructing models based on habitat radiomics and pathomics for predicting the risk of progression in high‐grade gliomas. Methods This study conducted a retrospective analysis of preoperative magnetic resonance (MR) images and pathological sections from 72 patients diagnosed with high‐grade gliomas (52 ...
