Differential Equations and Algebraic Relations
Let \(L\) be a Picard-Vessiot extension of \(F\), \(R\) be a ring of Picard-Vessiot elements of \(L\) over \(F\) and \(G= \text{Gal} (L/F)\). Suppose that \(R= F[y_1,\dots,y_n]= F[y]\), \(G(V)\subset V\), where \(V\) is a linear envelope of \(y\) over the constants of \(F\), and let \(I\) be a defining ideal of \(y\) in \(F[y]\). A Q‐Learning Algorithm to Solve the Two‐Player Zero‐Sum Game Problem for Nonlinear Systems
A Q‐learning algorithm to solve the two‐player zero‐sum game problem for nonlinear systems. ABSTRACT This paper deals with the two‐player zero‐sum game problem, which is a bounded L2$$ {L}_2 $$‐gain robust control problem. Finding an analytical solution to the complex Hamilton‐Jacobi‐Issacs (HJI) equation is a challenging task.

A Game—Theoretic Model for a Stochastic Linear Quadratic Tracking Problem
In this paper, we solve a stochastic linear quadratic tracking problem. The controlled dynamical system is modeled by a system of linear Itô differential equations subject to jump Markov perturbations.

This article proposes a convergent adaptive observer for a damped wave PDE and an infinite‐dimensional ODE coupled in cascade using sampled‐in‐space ODE state measurements. The proposed observer estimates the distributed states of the PDE and ODE along with unknown PDE parameters and spatial input.

A numerical model resulting from irreversible thermodynamics for describing transport processes is introduced, focusing on thermodynamic activity gradients as the actual driving force for diffusion. Implemented in CUDA C++ and using CalPhaD methods for determining the necessary activity data, the model accurately simulates interdiffusion in aluminum ...
