Exploiting Linearity in White-Box AES with Differential Computation Analysis

Advances in Intelligent Systems and Computing, 2020
Not only have all current scientific white-box AES schemes been mathematically broken, they also face a family of attacks derived from traditional Side Channel Attacks, e.g., Differential Computation Analysis (DCA) introduced by Bos et al. Such attacks are very universal and easy-to-mount – they require neither knowledge of the implementation, nor use ...

Computational Analysis and Studies on Differential Ejector

Applied Mechanics and Materials, 2011
Studies on differential ejector configuration have been carried out with a view to obtain the optimal entrainment of low pressure gas flow by injecting the motive gas at an appropriate pressure and angle of injection. The length of mixing has been kept constant in one case and varied in another to get results for optimal angle of ejection (between 0 to

Theoretical analysis of evolutionary computation on continuously differentiable functions

Proceedings of the 12th annual conference on Genetic and evolutionary computation, 2010
This paper investigates theoretically the convergence properties of the stochastic algorithms of a class including both CMAESs and EDAs on constrained minimization of continuously differentiable functions. We are interested in algorithms that do not get stuck on a slope of the function, but converge only to local optimal points.

Computer Analysis in the Differentiation of Benign and Malignant Polypoid Lesions of the Colon

Radiology, 1968
Recently, Castleman and Krickstein (1), Spratt and Ackerman (7), and others have cast considerable doubt on how frequently colonic polyps become malignant. As a result, excision is no longer advised whenever a polypoid growth of the colon is discovered, and differentiation between benign and malignant polypoid growths of the colon has become a ...

A Method for Computer-Aided Analysis of Differential Mode Input Filters

IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics, 2017
A new method for computer-aided analysis of differential mode input filters is presented in this paper, aiming to compute in an efficient manner input current spectra of switching converters in a wide frequency range. The method is intended to facilitate computer-aided design of input filters, and it is based on simulation of accompanying averaged ...

Computational analysis of HRCT images for characterization and differentiation of ILD and COPD

2009 IEEE International Symposium on Biomedical Imaging: From Nano to Macro, 2009
Several image metrics have been proposed for pulmonary assessment via thoracic high-resolution computed tomography (HRCT) for various pathologies. This paper describes a systematic analysis of several such metrics for differentiating between interstitial lung disease (ILD) and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).
