Differential Cryptanalysis of Other Cryptosystems

1993
Khafre [22] is a software-oriented cryptosystem with 64-bit blocks whose number of rounds (which should be a multiple of eight) is not specified. Each block is divided into two halves, called the right half and the left half. In each round the lowest byte of the right half is used as an eight-bit input to an S box with 32-bit output.

Differential Cryptanalysis of Reduced-Round ICEBERG

2008
PRESENT is proposed by A. Bogdanov et al. in CHES 2007 for extremely constrained environments such as RFID tags and sensor networks. In this paper, we present the differential characteristics for r-round(5 ≤ r ≤ 15), then give the differential cryptanalysis on reduced-round variants of PRESENT.

Differential Cryptanalysis of DES Variants

1993
In this chapter we attack several variants of DES: variants of DES with fewer than 16 rounds, variants with independent keys, variants with modified internal operations and S boxes, and the GDES variant.

Algebraic-Differential Cryptanalysis of DES

2009
Algebraic cryptanalysis is as a general framework that permits to assess the security of a wide range of cryptographic schemes. However, the feasibility of algebraic cryptanalysis against block ciphers remains the source of speculation and especially in targeting modern block ciphers.
