Differential distributed cayley space-time codes [PDF]

open access: yesIEEE Transactions on Wireless Communications, 2009
We consider a wireless relay network with no channel information, which implements differential distributed space-time coding. We propose a coding strategy based on Cayley codes, which yields high data rate codes available for an arbitrary number of relay nodes.

Financial Burden Associated With Hospitalisation Among Families of Childhood Brain Tumours in Australia

open access: yesPediatric Blood &Cancer, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Background Families of children with cancer experience significant financial strain, even with universal healthcare. Indirect costs, such as productivity losses and non‐medical expenses, are rarely included in economic evaluations, and little is known about how effectively financial aid programmes alleviate this burden. Childhood brain tumours

Properties of the integral curve and solving of non-autonomous system of ordinary differential equations

open access: yesVestnik Samarskogo Gosudarstvennogo Tehničeskogo Universiteta. Seriâ: Fiziko-Matematičeskie Nauki, 2012
In this paper, we consider non-autonomous system of ordinary differential equations. For a given non-autonomous system, we introduce the distribution probability-density function of representative points of the ensemble of Gibbs, possessing all the ...

Compressive sensing based differential protection for distribution grids

open access: yesInternational Journal of Electrical Power & Energy Systems
With the significant integration of distributed renewable energy sources into distribution grids, the characteristics of fault current in distribution grids have undergone substantial changes, rendering traditional current protection inadequate to meet ...

The Poincare map of randomly perturbed periodic motion

open access: yes, 2012
A system of autonomous differential equations with a stable limit cycle and perturbed by small white noise is analyzed in this work. In the vicinity of the limit cycle of the unperturbed deterministic system, we define, construct, and analyze the ...

The Fate (Outcome) of Clinically Apparent Single Lesion and Oligofocal Nephroblastomatosis Treated According to SIOP/GPOH Protocols for Wilms Tumor

open access: yesPediatric Blood &Cancer, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Background The management of clinically apparent single lesions or oligofocal nephroblastomatosis, a facultative precursor of nephroblastoma, remains debated. Methods We retrospectively analyzed 37 patients with clinically apparent single or oligofocal nephroblastomatosis (two to three lesions per kidney) among 2347 patients registered between

Design of current differential protection system for distribution network based on 5G wireless communication

open access: yesDiance yu yibiao
In order to quickly realize the current protection of distribution network and avoid maloperation or refusal of operation, a current differential protection system for distribution network based on 5G wireless communication is designed.

On Pair-Particle Distribution in Imperfect Bose Gas

open access: yes, 1996
A simple model of estimating the radial distribution function of an imperfect Bose gas in the ground state is presented. The model is based on integro-differential equations derived by considering the space boson distribution in an external field.

Efficacy and Safety Analysis of Roxarestat in Regulating Renal Anemia in Patients on Maintenance Hemodialysis

open access: yesTherapeutic Apheresis and Dialysis, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Objective To compare the efficacy and safety of roxarestat versus recombinant human erythropoietin (rhEPO) in the management of renal anemia in patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis. Methods This was a prospective, open‐label, randomized controlled trial.

Dietary Protein Intake and Peritoneal Protein Losses in Peritoneal Dialysis Patients

open access: yesTherapeutic Apheresis and Dialysis, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Introduction Peritoneal dialysis (PD) patients lose protein in their waste dialysate, potentially increasing their risk for malnutrition. We wished to determine whether there was any association between losses and dietary protein intake (DPI). Methods DPI was assessed from 24‐h dietary recall using Nutrics software.
