Modulation of Osteoclast Differentiation
Endocrine Reviews, 1992I. Introduction BONE is a complex tissue in which resorption and formation continue throughout life. This process is called bone remodeling. Osteotropic hormones such as 1α,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3 [1α,25(OH)2D3], PTH, and calcitonin preferentially modulate the process of bone resorption to maintain bone remodeling. The bone tissue contains various types

A differential scheme for Spatial Modulation
2013 IEEE Global Communications Conference (GLOBECOM), 2013In this paper, by considering the case of two transmit antennas, we propose a novel approach for introducing differential signaling into Spatial Modulation (SM)/Space-Shift Keying (SSK) and thus develop a differential SM/SSK (DSM/DSSK) scheme, where neither the transmitter nor the receiver has access to channel state information.

Differential space-time modulation
WCNC. 1999 IEEE Wireless Communications and Networking Conference (Cat. No.99TH8466), 2000Summary: Space-time coding and modulation exploit the presence of multiple transmit antennas to improve performance on multipath radio channels. Thus far, most work on space-time coding has assumed that perfect channel estimates are available at the receiver.

Differential Operators and Differential Modules
2003In this chapter k is a differential field such that its subfield of constants C is different from k and has characteristic 0. The skew (i.e., noncommutative) ring D :=k[∂] consists of all expressions L :=a n ∂ n + ⋯ + a1∂ + a0 dot with n ∈ Z, n ≥ 0 and all a i ∈ k. These elements L are called differential operators.

Differential Subcarrier Index Modulation
IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology, 2018One of the main challenges in orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM)–subcarrier index modulation (SIM) systems is the huge amount of resources required to obtain channel state information at the receiver side. In this paper, a differential subcarrier index modulation (DSIM) scheme is proposed, which entirely avoids the need for any channel ...

Differential perturbations and $ D_\infty$-differential modules
Sbornik: Mathematics, 2001Let \(K\) be a commutative ring. A \(D_\infty\)-differential module \((X,d^*)\) is a \(K\)-module \(X\) together with a \(D_\infty\) differential, that is a family of \(K\) homomorphisms \(\{d^i:X\to X\), \(i\geq 0\}\) such that \(\sum_{i+j=k} d^id^j =0\), \(\forall k\geq 0\). The author gives some properties of \(D_\infty\)-differential modules (which
