Some properties of the pseudo-differential operator hμ,a
The kernel K(x,y) of the pseudo-differential operator hμ,a is defined. It is shown that the kernel is a continuous function. It is proved that the pseudo-differential operator hμ,a is pseudolocal.

Study of simply connected convex domain and its geometric properties (II)
In this paper, making use of a new integral operator defined in the open unit disk we introduce and study a new class of simply connected convex domain of analytic and univalent functions.

EXOSC10, an essential nuclear RNA exosome‐associated 3′‐5′ exoribonuclease, is inhibited by the anticancer drug 5‐fluorouracil (5‐FU), and EXOSC10 depletion increases 5‐FU sensitivity. The colon‐cancer variant EXOSC10S402T, located in a proteolysis motif, is stable and nuclear but nonfunctional in vivo.

Algebraic and differential operator equations
Explicit expressions for solutions of boundary-value problems and Cauchy problems related to the operator differential equation X(n)+An−1Xn−1)+⋯+A0X=0 are given in terms of solutions of the algebraic operator equation Xn+An−1Xn−1 +⋯+A0=0.

Starlikeness Condition for a New Differential-Integral Operator
A new differential-integral operator of the form I n f ( z ) = ( 1 − λ ) S n f ( z ) + λ L n f ( z ) , z ∈ U , f ∈ A , 0 ≤ λ ≤ 1 , n ∈ N is introduced in this paper, where S n

Hijacking emergency granulopoiesis: Neutrophil ontogeny and reprogramming in cancer
Neutrophils are highly plastic innate immune cells; their functions in cancer extend beyond the tumour microenvironment. This Review summarises current understanding of neutrophil maturation and heterogeneity and highlights tumour‐induced granulopoiesis as a systemic programme that expands immature, immunosuppressive neutrophils via tumour‐derived ...

Interpreting the effects of DNA polymerase variants at the structural level
Using MAVISp and molecular dynamics simulations, we analyzed over 60 000 missense variants in POLE and POLD1 from ClinVar, COSMIC, cBioPortal, and saturation mutagenesis. Identified mechanistic indicators, including stability, binding, and long‐range, enable structural interpretation, providing ACMG‐like evidence for possible reclassification of VUS ...
