On the Cauchy problem of the differential operator đđ
I. M. Gelfand and G. E. Shilov have obtained the uniqueness and correctness class of the Cauchy problem of the differential operator i ( â / â x ) i(\partial /\partial x ...

Many patients with urothelial cancer do not benefit from treatment with pembrolizumab, while at risk of severe side effects. Changes in the levels of circulating tumor DNA early during treatment, measured by a simple and affordable assay that can be easily implemented in the clinic, can be used as a prognostic tool to identify these patients.

A function space model for canonical systems
Recently, a generalization to the Pontryagin space setting of the notion of canonical (Hamiltonian) systems which involves a finite number of inner singularities has been given.

Oncogenic DMTF1β promotes cancer cell motility by regulating autophagy through ULK1 stabilization
In the current study, we demonstrate that the oncogene DMTF1β regulates ULK1 stability by reducing its proteasomal degradation in cancer cells. This stabilization enables ULK1 to induce autophagy, which in turn facilitates cancer cell migration. Consequently, reduced DMTF1β levels lead to decreased autophagy and impaired cancer cell migration.

The regularized trace formula for a differential operator with unbounded operator coefficient
In this paper, firstly we investigated the spectrum and resolvent operator of a Sturm-Liouville type differential operator. Finally we have obtained the regularized trace formula for differential operator equation with unbounded operator ...

This schematic outlines the workflow from biomarker identification to duplex MethyLight assay validation for epithelial ovarian cancer diagnosis using cfDNAâbased liquid biopsy. Initial screening of hypermethylated CpG candidates (cg02957270, cg10061138 cg00480298, COL2A1) was performed in tissue using ARMSâPCR, COBRA, qPCR and image analysis. Selected

Singleâcell multiâomics reveals epigenetic heterogeneity across therapyâadaptive tumor states, including quiescent/dormant, drugâtolerant persister, and EMTâlike phenotypes. By linking regulatory features with stateâassociated biomarkers, these approaches inform biomarkerâguided therapeutic strategies for evolving tumors.

Geometrical aspects of spinor and twistor analysis [PDF]
This work is concerned with two examples of the interactions between differential geometry and analysis, both related to spinors. The first example is the Dirac operator on conformal spin manifolds with boundary.
