Loss of IGF‐1R impairs DNA‐PKcs recruitment to chromatin leading to defective end‐joining
IGF‐1R promotes radioresistance by facilitating DNA‐PKcs recruitment to chromatin, enabling non‐homologous end‐joining (NHEJ) repair of double‐strand breaks. Inhibition or loss of IGF‐1R disrupts this recruitment to damage sites, driving compensatory reliance on microhomology‐mediated end‐joining (MMEJ) repair.

Essential spectrum of elliptic systems of pseudo-differential operators on L² (RN) ⊕ L²(RN)
Inspired by a result of Wong (Partial Differ Equ 13(10):1209–1221, 1988), we establish an analytic description of the essential spectrum of non-self-adjoint mixed-order systems of pseudo-differential operators on L² (RN) ⊕ L²(RN) that are uniformly ...

Pair‐wise comparison of the CellSearch and FETCH enrichment technologies for circulating tumor cells (CTCs) from metastatic breast, prostate, and small cell lung cancer patients shows an increased capture of CTCs using FETCH enrichment. The clinical implementation of circulating tumor cells (CTCs) as a predictive tool for therapy efficacy in the ...

Theorems on the zeros of linear differential operators
Background. Differential connections between solutions of systems of differential equations play a significant role in mathematics and mathematical physics. The operators and algebras of differential symmetry of linear homogeneous systems of differential

On Differential and Antidifferential Operators
On the basis of the operator approach to differentiation we extend the concept of an antiderivative notion to wider classes of functions.

We identify USP29 as the only DUB mirroring CA9 expression, a marker of hypoxia and HIF pathway activation associated with PCA aggressiveness. USP29 stabilizes HIF‐1α and HIF‐2α via a noncanonical mechanism that is independent of PHD/pVHL activity yet relies on proteasomal regulation, establishing USP29 as a previously unrecognized regulator of hypoxic

Many patients with urothelial cancer do not benefit from treatment with pembrolizumab, while at risk of severe side effects. Changes in the levels of circulating tumor DNA early during treatment, measured by a simple and affordable assay that can be easily implemented in the clinic, can be used as a prognostic tool to identify these patients.

On boundary value problems for essentially loaded parabolic equations in bounded domains
In the paper we study issues of a strong solution for "essentially" loaded differential equations of the parabolic type in bounded domains. Features of the problems under consideration: for example, in the L 2( Q ) space the corresponding differential ...
