This study establishes an electric field‐induced directional migration model using fluorescence tension probes to visualize microfilament forces and intracellular osmotic pressure dynamics in the electrotactic migration of breast cancer cells. This model delineates how electromechanical interactions among membrane potential, ion channels, OP, traction ...

An elevated level of TSH might be predictive of differentiated thyroid cancer [PDF]
Suppression therapy of thyreostimulin (TSH) using thyroid hormones improves survival of subjects operated for differentiated thyroid cancer. The TSH level might be different depending on the type of nodule.

Targeting Lactate and Lactylation in Cancer Metabolism and Immunotherapy
Lactate, once deemed a metabolic waste, emerges as a central regulator of cancer progression. This review elucidates how lactate and its epigenetic derivative, protein lactylation, orchestrate tumor metabolism, immune suppression, and therapeutic resistance.

Unusual Presentation of Differentiated Thyroid Cancer Metastasis
Introduction The rates of thyroid cancers are on a rise, especially well-differentiated thyroid cancers. This could be partly due to newer diagnostic modalities, like high-resolution ultrasound, that can pick up smaller lesions.

Radioactive iodine in differentiated thyroid cancer: a national database perspective.
Radioactive iodine (RAI) is a key component in the treatment of differentiated thyroid cancer. RAI has been recommended more selectively in recent years as guidelines evolve to reflect risks and utility in certain patient subsets. In this study we sought

Halorotetin B, a novel small‐molecule terpenoid identified from an edible marine ascidian, exhibits strong anti‐tumor activity both in vitro and in vivo through direct targeting UBE2C to induce tumor cell cycle arrest and then lead tumor cell senescence. As a newly discovered UBE2C inhibitor, Halorotetin B can serve as a novel potential cell senescence
