ABSTRACT Pediatric high‐grade gliomas (pHGGs) account for 20% of childhood brain tumours and are associated with poor survival. Currently, pHGG detection relies on MRI, a costly and time‐consuming procedure. Extracellular vesicles (EVs) carry molecular markers indicative of their cellular origin and can be isolated from various biofluids, offering an ...

T1ρ$$ {}_{1\rho } $$ as a Biomarker for IDH1 Mutation Status in a Glioma Mouse Model
Mice bearing IDH1‐mutant and ‐wild‐type glioma underwent quantitative T1ρ$$ {T}_{1\rho } $$ imaging over the course of tumour development. It was found that while IDH1‐wild‐type tumours present similar T1ρ$$ {T}_{1\rho } $$ values as the brain, IDH1‐mutant tumours exhibit significantly higher T1ρ$$ {T}_{1\rho } $$ values compared with the brain. T1ρ$$ {

Genomic Profiling of Pediatric Solid Tumors With a Dual DNA/RNA Panel: JCCG‐TOP2 Study
In the JCCG‐TOP2 nationwide pediatric cancer genomic profiling study, 204 patients' tumors and peripheral blood from 50 institutions across Japan were successfully analyzed using a dual DNA/RNA panel. A total of 147 (72%) had potentially actionable findings, including diagnostic, prognostic, and therapeutic findings in 111 (54%), 61 (30%), and 64 (31%),
