A Cre‐dependent lentiviral vector for neuron subtype‐specific expression of large proteins
We designed a versatile and modular lentivector comprising a Cre‐dependent switch and self‐cleaving 2A peptide and tested it for co‐expression of GFP and a 2.8 kb gene of interest (GOI) in mouse cortical parvalbumin (PV+) interneurons and midbrain dopamine (TH+) neurons.

Diffusion processes on Mandala
A mathematical representation of fractals were given by \textit{J. E. Hutchinson} [Indiana Univ. Math. J. 30, 713-747 (1981; Zbl 0598.28011)]. The study of diffusion processes on fractals was initiated by \textit{S. Kusuoka} [in: Probabilistic methods in mathematical physics, 251-274 (1987; Zbl 0645.60081)], and others.

Non‐thermal plasma treatment of melanoma cells induced epithelial‐mesenchymal transition (EMT) in a dose‐dependent fashion. This report highlights the critical need to further investigate potential adverse effects of non‐thermal plasma for cancer therapy and to optimize treatment parameters for clinical translation. Despite the promising results of non‐

Diffusion equations in inhomogeneous solid having arbitrary gradient concentration
A quantum kinetic equation is obtained for an inhomogeneous solid having arbitrary gradient concentration and chemical potential. We find, starting from nonequilibrium statistical operator, a new equation to describe atom migration in solid states.

This is a survey paper in the study of reaction-diffusion processes. Schögl's model and Brussel's model are presented in the first section, they are typical models in non-equilibrium statistical physics. The case of a finite number of sites is not so easy, but is now quite well understood.

Electron spin diffusion in monolayer MoS$_2$
Electron spin diffusion is investigated in monolayer MoS$_2$ in the absence of external electric and magnetic fields. The electron-impurity scattering, which is shown to play a negligible role in spin relaxation in time domain in this material, has a ...

Trastuzumab‐deruxtecan, a HER2‐targeting antibody‐drug conjugate, shows promising antitumor activity in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma with low HER2 expression. In vitro and in vivo studies demonstrated dose‐dependent cell death and tumor growth reduction in low HER2‐expressing cell lines, which correlated with drug accumulation measured using a

Effects of Water Absorption on the Insulating Properties of Polypropylene
Moisture has been a crucial problem during the operation of cable systems. When we are faced with polypropylene (PP)-based insulation for the development of cable systems, there are few reports on the effects of water intrusion on the electrical ...
