PBRM1 ranks as the second most commonly mutated gene in ccRCC. This study reveals that PBRM1 loss promotes an immunosuppressive microenvironment by elevating M2 TAMs via the KDM5C–IL‐6 axis. These M2 TAMs, along with CAFs, form a barrier that excludes CD8+ T cells. Targeting IL‐6 synergizes with anti‐PD1 therapy, offering a promising strategy for PBRM1‐

This article explores how digital humanities (DH) projects, specifically the building of digital archives and digital exhibitions, can be implemented to preserve, reveal, and highlight previously invisibilized histories. This piece examines the construction of the Latino/a/x Issues Conference (LIC) archive at Bowling Green State University (BGSU), a ...

Intelligent Stain‐Free Histology on Structural Colorimetric Nanocavities
Chen and Gan et al. introduce a label‐free imaging platform using inexpensive Nanocavity‐on‐Silicon (NOS) slides. These slides transform subtle tissue variations into vivid structural colors, enabling high‐contrast histological imaging under a regular optical microscope. This stain‐free approach reveals morphological details comparable to traditional H&

A Digital Archive of H I 21 Centimeter Line Spectra of Optically Targeted Galaxies [PDF]
We present a homogeneous compilation of H I spectral parameters extracted from global 21 cm line spectra for some 9000 galaxies in the local universe (heliocentric velocity -200 < V☉ < 28,000 km s-1) obtained with a variety of large single-dish radio ...

Extracting, Transforming and Archiving Scientific Data [PDF]
It is becoming common to archive research datasets that are not only large but also numerous. In addition, their corresponding metadata and the software required to analyse or display them need to be archived. Yet the manual curation of research data can

Reassembling digital archives—strategies for counter-archiving
AbstractArchives have long been a key concern of academic debates about truth, memory, recording and power and are important sites for social sciences and humanities research. This has been the case for traditional archives, but these debates have accelerated with the digital transformation of archives.

HMGB2–RAD21 Axis Promotes Fibro/Adipogenic Progenitor Proliferation and Regulates Fat Infiltration
This study constructed the first developmental atlas of embryonic skeletal muscle fibro/adipogenic progenitors (FAPs) and identified an HMGB2+ FAPs subpopulation that regulates FAP pool size and muscle homeostasis. HMGB2 directly targets the RAD21 promoter, and its knockout significantly reduces FAP numbers, thereby lowering the potential for ...
