Wearable Morphology‐Adaptive in‐Ear Device With Active Cleansing Capability for Multimodal Health Monitoring

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
We present SCIENCE, an in‐ear multimodal physiological monitor featuring two key innovations. Water‐triggered morphological expansion (a 2‐mm cylinder to a 9‐mm spindle) achieves conformal adaptation across complex canal geometries. Simultaneously, active biofouling mitigation disrupts cerumen barriers, reducing sensor‐skin impedance by 20%.

Lab‐in‐a‐Tube System Integrating Hierarchically Wrinkled Electrodes and DNAzyme‐Functionalized Beads for Diagnosis of Clostridioides difficile Infection

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
The point‐of‐care diagnosis of Clostridioides difficile infection remains challenging due to reliance on slow culture and amplification‐based methods. A lab‐in‐a‐tube electrochemical biosensor integrating DNAzymes, antifouling magnetic beads, and a hierarchically structured flow cell enables amplification‐ and culture‐free detection directly in stool ...

Molecular Biomarkers in Ocular Graft-versus-Host Disease: A Systematic Review

open access: yes
Ocular graft-versus-host disease (oGVHD) affects ~50% of post-stem cell transplant patients and is the only form of GVHD diagnosed without a biopsy. As it must be distinguished from other dry eye diseases, there is a need to identify oGVHD biomarkers to ...

Associations Between Follicular Fluid Biomarkers and IVF/ICSI Outcomes in Normo-Ovulatory Women—A Systematic Review

open access: yes
(1) Background: The follicular fluid (FF) comprises a large portion of ovarian follicles, and serves as both a communication and growth medium for oocytes, and thus should be representative of the metabolomic status of the follicle.
