Development of human monoclonal antibodies against TARM1 by yeast display
Human monoclonal antibodies against TARM1 are generated by yeast display‐guided selection. These antibodies bind to soluble and cell‐surface forms of TARM1. Also, these antibodies exhibit agonistic activity in the NFAT‐GFP reporter assay, indicating that TARM1 signaling can be functionally modulated by antibodies and suggesting TARM1 as a potential ...

Instrumental data always present some noise. The analytical data information and instrumental noise generally has different frequencies. Thus is possible to remove the noise using a digital filter based on Fourier transform and inverse Fourier transform.

Optimizing photoactivation of PA‐mCherry for optical pooled CRISPR screens
Photoactivatable PA‐mCherry finds widespread use to optically tag individual cells. However, confocal 405 nm UV laser‐scanning (normal scan) is much less efficient than widefield UV illumination, limiting the use of PA‐mCherry on confocal instruments. We remedy this limitation by reporting that rapid and repeated confocal scanning with a low‐intensity,

Design &implementation of complex-valued FIR digital filters with application to migration of seismic data [PDF]
One-dimensional (I-D) and two-dimensional (2-D) frequency-space seismic migration FIR digital filter coefficients are of complex values when such filters require special space domain as well as wavenumber domain characteristics. In this thesis, such FIR

Measures for attenuation of interference at the level of design of the temperature control interface module for spacecraft measuring instruments [PDF]
When developing temperature control interface modules used as part of spacecraft onboard equipment, it is important to correctly substantiate the set of measures to ensure their noise immunity, taken at the design levels of the measuring system ...

FIR to FIR Model Reduction with Linear Group Delay in Passband by SDP Optimization
Filter model reduction is an important optimization method in digital signal processing. A method of FIR to FIR model reduction using SDP optimization is proposed in this paper. At first, we use SDP to design an original FIR filter.

In a murine model of myocardial ischemia and reperfusion (MI/R), the CD36 azapeptide ligand MPE‐298 reduces cardiac injury and transiently lowers left ventricular long‐chain fatty acids (LCFAs) accumulation 3 h after reperfusion, accompanied by a decrease of oxidative stress and inflammation‐associated genes' expression in the heart and adipose tissue.

A hybrid active filter for damping of harmonic resonance in industrial power systems [PDF]
This paper proposes a hybrid active filter for damping of harmonic resonance in industrial power systems. The hybrid filter consists of a small-rated active filter and a 5th tuned passive filter.
