The Performance of Commercial pH-Sensitive Ion-Selective Field Effect Transistors. [PDF]
Herein, research into the performance of commercially available ion‐selective field effect transistor (ISFET) sensors for long‐term biotechnological applications is presented. An evaluation method, an ISFET OnOff working protocol, and a DIY autosampler are developed and described in detail.

A Fast-Transient All-Digital LDO with Adaptive Clock Technique [PDF]
To get a better tradeoff between the transient performance and current efficiency of Digital Low-Dropout (DLDO) regulator, this paper proposes an all-digital Low-Dropout (LDO) regulator with adaptive clock technique. The sample clock is supplied by a proposed digital oscillator (DOSC) whose output frequency can be changed seamlessly.

Miniaturized Wireless tDCS With Concentric Electrodes for Targeted Cortical Stimulation in Freely Moving Mice. [PDF]
This study introduces a wireless and miniaturized concentric‐electrode tDCS (CE‐tDCS) system tailored for freely moving mice. The device enables focal and multi‐site cortical stimulation via a lightweight, Bluetooth‐controlled platform. By integrating local neuromodulation with real‐time behavioral analysis, the system provides a robust tool for ...

Low‐ripple coarse‐fine digital low‐dropout regulator without ringing in the transient state
Herein, a low‐ripple coarse‐fine digital low‐dropout regulator (D‐LDO) without ringing in the transient state is proposed. Conventional D‐LDO suffers from a ringing problem when settling the output voltage at a large load transition, which increases the ...

A sub-1 V, 26 μw, low-output-impedance CMOS bandgap reference with a low dropout or source follower mode [PDF]
We present a low-power bandgap reference (BGR), functional from sub-1 V to 5 V supply voltage with either a low dropout (LDO) regulator or source follower (SF) output stage, denoted as the LDO or SF mode, in a 0.5-μm standard digital CMOS process with V ...
