Two Material Properties from One Wavelength‐Orthogonal Photoresin Enabled by a Monochromatic Laser Integrated Stereolithographic Apparatus (Mono LISA)

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, Volume 37, Issue 13, April 2, 2025.
A single object with dual properties – degradable and non‐degradable – is fabricated in a single print simply by switching the printing colors. The advanced multi‐material printing is enabled by the combination of a fully wavelength‐orthogonal photoresin and a monochromatic tunable laser printer, paving the way for precise multi‐material ...

Digital (Library Services) and (Digital Library) Services

open access: yesJournal of Digital Information, 2008
This paper is an exploration of digital library services, in both possible senses: services provided digitally by physical libraries, and services provided by digital libraries. Services, regardless of the environment in which they are provided, break down into services performed on materials (technical services) and services provided to individual ...

Bioxolography Using Diphenyliodonium Chloride and N‐Vinylpyrrolidone Enables Rapid High‐Resolution Volumetric 3D Printing of Spatially Encoded Living Matter

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Bioxolography, a novel volumetric 3D‐bioprinting technique, enables rapid and high‐resolution fabrication of >1 cm3 engineered living materials. A newly developed three‐component photoinitiator system significantly enhances the photoreactivity of gelatin methacryloyl‐based bioresins, allowing for precise xolographic bioprinting.

Digital Library Technology for Locating and Accessing Scientific Data [PDF]

open access: yesarXiv, 1999
In this paper we describe our efforts to bring scientific data into the digital library. This has required extension of the standard WWW, and also the extension of metadata standards far beyond the Dublin Core. Our system demonstrates this technology for real scientific data from astronomy.
