Random telegraph noise (RTN) characteristics of memristor depend on external environmental conditions. To avoid these bias‐dependent characteristics, a true random number generator circuit using the RTN current fluctuations of memristor is presented with an edge detection circuit and counter, and bias independence is experimentally demonstrated for ...

Leveraging virtual technologies to enhance museums and art collections: insights from project CHANGES [PDF]
We investigated the use of virtual technologies to digitise and enhance cultural heritage (CH), aligning with Open Science and FAIR principles. Through case studies in museums, we developed reproducible workflows, 3D models, and tools fostering accessibility, inclusivity, and sustainability of CH.

Multi‐Diseases Detection with Memristive System on Chip
A robust disease detection system, which is capable of the early prevention of acute myocardial infarction and the detection of liver cancer, is implemented on a memristive system‐on‐chip (SoC). A fully integrated SoC is utilized to ensure the system's portability, low latency, high accuracy, and energy efficiency for medical analysis.

An Empirical Study on the Wear of Reciprocating Hydraulic Rod Seals Using 15 Different Oils
The primary objective of this study was to evaluate the influence of various oils and their wetting properties on the wear of rod seals. In an empirical investigation, the wear of rod seals increased with lower viscosity and higher polarity of the oil. Both oil properties are combined in a newly introduced parameter which helps to assess the lubricity ...

Abstract Premise Uncarina contains 14 species of woody plants endemic to Madagascar. Its occurrence across dryland biomes on the island make it an interesting system to study the diversification of the flora. Methods Using samples of all species and 512 nuclear loci, we reconstructed phylogenetic trees to examine species relationships and assess their ...
