Balloon Dilatation of Ureteric Strictures
Aims: Evaluation of dilatation as a minimally invasive technique for the treatment of ureteric strictures. Material and Methods: We evaluated this technique in 16 patients with ureteric and secondary pelviureteric junction strictures from June 1998.

A Piezo‐Mimetic Ionic Hydrogel Harnessing Joint Motion for Cartilage Repair
A piezo‐mimetic ionic hydrogel converts mechanical deformation into bioactive ionic currents via stress‐induced asymmetric ion migration. Coupled with sustained Mg2+ release, this mechano‐electrochemical platform bridges mechanical loading and cellular signaling, enabling load‐adaptive stimulation and enhanced cartilage regeneration. Mixing‐Driven Defects and Composition Evolution in Multi‐Material Metal Additive Manufacturing
Operando synchrotron X‐ray imaging coupled with high‐fidelity multiphysics modeling uncovers how inter‐material mixing reshapes keyhole dynamics and drives distinct pore‐formation pathways in multi‐material laser powder bed fusion (LPBF). Composition‐dependent instabilities trigger defects, whereas rescanning suppresses porosity and homogenizes Cu ...

PLD3 activates the lysosomal‐AKT‐NF‐κB axis to drive cellular senescence in macrophages, establishing an immunosuppressive TME by limiting the infiltration of cytotoxic T, NK, and NKT cells, which confers resistance to anti‐PD‐1 therapy. Abrine inhibits PLD3 expression, restoring antitumor immunity and synergizing with anti‐PD‐1 treatment.

NAT10‐Mediated ac4C Modification of circANKRD12 Reprograms the Tumor Microenvironment
NAT10‐dependent acetylation of circANKRD12 drives translation of the circANKRD12_354aa protein, which binds HDAC2 to stabilize c‐Myc via deubiquitination, promoting multiple myeloma (MM) cell proliferation. Concurrently, the circANKRD12‐HDAC2 axis suppresses H3ac‐mediated transcription of IFN‐γ, TNF‐α, and GZMB in NK cells, leading to NK cell ...

DECREASING DILATATION CAN INCREASE DIMENSION
. We answer a question of Cui and Zinsmeister by constructing a quasiconformal map f of the disk to itself with dilatation µ such that map corresponding µ, maps the circle to a curve of dimension> 1. to dilatation 1
