Dilithium Hexaorganostannate(IV) Compounds

Angewandte Chemie International Edition, 2014
AbstractHypercoordination of main‐group elements such as the heavier Group 14 elements (silicon, germanium, tin, and lead) usually requires strong electron‐withdrawing ligands and/or donating groups. Herein, we present the synthesis and characterization of two hexaaryltin(IV) dianions in form of their dilithium salts [Li2(thf)2{Sn(2‐pyMe)6}] (pyMe ...

o‐Dilithium‐benzol

Angewandte Chemie, 1957

Dilithium Hexaboride, Li2B6

Zeitschrift für anorganische und allgemeine Chemie, 1999
Li2B6 is formed from the elements as transparent red microcrystalline compound (Li : B = 1 : 3; Mo crucible in closed Nb ampoule; 1723 K; 4 h). Single crystals are grown from a lithium silicide melt with large Li excess at 1923 K. Li2B6 is a semiconductor with electron as well as Li+ ionic conductivity which dominates above 600 K.

The structure of dilithium dihydrogen 1,2,4,5-benzenetetracarboxylate tetrahydrate (dilithium dihydrogen pyromellitate tetrahydrate)

Acta Crystallographica Section C Crystal Structure Communications, 1990
