Patient‐derived organoids (PDOs) from pancreatic, colorectal, and gastric cancers were used to evaluate standard and experimental therapies. Incorporating cancer‐associated fibroblasts (CAFs) into organoid cultures improved patient therapy outcome prediction.

BCL9 and BCL9L drive bladder cancer progression by enhancing β‐catenin signaling, promoting proliferation, migration, invasion, and organoid growth. Genetic depletion of BCL9(L) suppresses malignant phenotypes, while pharmacological disruption of the β‐catenin/BCL9(L) complex with ZW4864 inhibits canonical Wnt signaling and tumor‐associated cellular ...

Power domination in product graphs
International audienceThe power system monitoring problem asks for as few as possible measurement devices to be put in an electric power system. The problem has a graph theory model involving power dominating sets in graphs.

The Automorphism Group of the Wreath Product of Directed Graphs
We give necessary and sufficient conditions for the automorphism group of the wreath product of directed graphs to be the wreath product of their respective automorphism groups. This gives a generalization of a theorem of Sabidussi.

Time‐resolved X‐ray solution scattering captures how proteins change shape in real time under near‐native conditions. This article presents a practical workflow for light‐triggered TR‐XSS experiments, from data collection to structural refinement. Using a calcium‐transporting membrane protein as an example, the approach can be broadly applied to study ...

On a Vizing-like conjecture for direct product graphs
Let γ(G) be the domination number of a graph G, and let G × H be the direct product of graphs G and H. It is shown that for any k ⩾ 0 there exists a graph G such that γ(G × G) ⩽ γ(G)2 − k. This in particular disproves a conjecture from [5]

Single‐molecule DNA flow‐stretch assays for high‐throughput DNA–protein interaction studies
We describe an optimised single‐molecule DNA flow‐stretch assay that visualises DNA–protein interactions in real time. Linear DNA fragments are tethered to a surface and stretched by buffer flow for fluorescence imaging. Using λ and φX174 DNA, this protocol enhances reproducibility and accessibility, providing a versatile approach for studying diverse ...

Hyper-Zagreb index in fuzzy environment and its application
The Zagreb indices (ZIs) are important graph invariants that are used extensively in many different fields in mathematics and chemistry, such as network theory, spectral graph theory, fuzzy graph theory (FGT) and molecular chemistry, etc. The hyper-ZI is
